Speedwork

1 Mile - Warm-up @ 2:14 min/lap
1/2 Mile - alternating 100's
1/2 Mile - grapevines
1/2 Mile- alternating 100's
1/2 Mile - cool down
1 1/4 Mile - run home

Wasn't feeling it but ran some amazing 100's - need to work out a real speed workout but must focus on building my base for GW...sleepy now
