Erg 10k & Swim 1/2 hour

Forgot to update last night - It was miserable outside so D- bagged and I was left to go to the gym. This wasn't such a bad idea, because of the aforementioned freezing rain misery. I ergged 10k in 50 minutes and then swam for a 1/2 hour. I love the pool and wish that I could muster up the energy to swim more often.

Decided to go to Boulder 06-10 March - missing the Tren Construction 8k, but heck, what is one race to an exploratory visit which will influence the making one of the biggest decisions of my life?
