Ran 8 good miles tonight - It sure felt like more as I pounded the pavement in an acrimonious fashion. Nothing like a good disagreement with your boss to get your blood flowing. The air was heavy, but the temperatures were just right, if not a bit warm. Somehow it doesn't feel like I'm running a marathon on Sunday - which is a good thing
