6.5

Ran 6.5 this morning with the group. I should really start remembering to hit the Chrono when I finish but yeah, that never seems to happen.
We started out way too fast, I suspect that this had something to do with running with a group instead of going solo. My ankle is killing me. I've got 10/11 scheduled for tomorrow. We'll see if I can still walk when I'm done. I also checked out gyms today so that I can supplement my running with swimming on off/light days... oy vey, and I think that I'm fighting off a virus..
